The Los Angeles Dodgers added another dazzling chapter to their storied legacy on Friday, unveiling their 2025 World Series championship rings in a pregame ceremony ahead of their matchup with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Designed to commemorate both a historic back-to-back title run and the franchise’s ninth championship overall, the rings feature a unique ring-within-a-ring design and a secret windowed compartment filled with World Series Game 7 dirt.

Crafted in 14-karat yellow gold, the ring immediately commands attention with a bold, gem-encrusted top. The iconic “LA” logo is brought to life with 17 custom-cut blue sapphires, a nod to the 17 postseason victories required to secure the title. The words “WORLD CHAMPIONS” are rendered with 86 diamonds — 32 stones spelling “WORLD” and 54 forming “CHAMPIONS.” Punctuating the LA logo is a larger bezel-set diamond, representing the Dodgers’ status as baseball’s top team.

Behind the logo is a backdrop of 79 diamonds and 48 sapphires, while an additional 70 diamonds frame the top for added brilliance. Encircling the face are the years of the franchise’s nine World Series titles, punctuated by 15 sapphires — a subtle but powerful reminder of the team’s enduring excellence.

But what truly sets this ring apart is a top that unscrews to reveal a secret sapphire-accented band crafted in white gold. Beneath it lies perhaps the most creative element: a tiny glass enclosure etched with the Dodgers logo, preserving actual dirt collected from home plate at Toronto’s stadium following last year's decisive Game 7 victory.

Also within the hidden compartment are representations of two World Series trophies, each set with a single round diamond. A banner proclaiming the team’s “Back 2 Back” achievement — the first such feat in Major League Baseball in 25 years — streams across the two trophies.

The right side of the ring celebrates the 2025 season, with “DODGERS” and the year rendered in diamonds atop two diamond-accented World Series trophies and a Dodgers logo, while the left side personalizes each piece with the player’s name and number, accented by a row of 15 sapphires.

Even the smallest details carry meaning. The interior of the band is engraved with each player’s signature, along with playoff opponents, series scores and the date of the title-clinching Game 7. On the exterior, "4,012,470" is etched into the band — a tribute to the exact number of fans who filled Dodger Stadium and fueled the championship run.
